The Edict spoke to the founders of Nthusiast, Lovsy, and Rasaananda to understand how Ashoka shaped their journeys—what systems helped them thrive, and where they faced certain structural frictions.

On May 21st, Wednesday, the Supreme Court granted Professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad interim bail over the two FIRs filed against him following certain remarks in his Facebook post on India’s Operation Sindoor. The bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and N.K. Singh explained that the bail was issued for the process of “facilitating further investigation”.

Sharmistha Shivhare reports on the recent revocation of two students' cross-access privileges by the Registrar's Office, bypassing the Committee Against Disciplinary Infractions (CADI).

Citing safety concerns, the Campus Life Ministry (CLM), in collaboration with the Transport Team, proposed shifting the university’s designated metro station from Jahangirpuri to Rohini Sector 18-19 last month.  Several students have reported harassment cases and phone thefts in Jahangirpuri. These incidents occurred during the walk from the metro station to the shuttle boarding/drop-off point, roughly 214 meters, according to The Edict’s estimations.
