Data's the Point: Edition 1

Welcome to the first edition of Data’s the Point, a new series by The Edict which records, analyses and publishes a variety of data points on Ashoka University. Through this series, we plan to release relevant data points around admissions, scholarships, placements, sustainability, inclusivity and more. Our analysis depends on the various reports, rankings and information published by the university. 

For our first edition, we look at the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) data submitted by Ashoka University to analyse the number of students from disadvantaged caste categories (SC+ST+OBC) for the years 2022-2025. These submissions have been independently located by The Edict.
